At Time+Tide Watches UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and warranty cards intact before placing it in the shipping box.

  Ship to Our Service Centre

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
